| Garlic Spinach & Tomatoes This is a fast and clever way to cook different vegetables in a single skillet. The beans, which need liquid to cook, will blanch in the juices from the tomatoes. Nonstick cooking spray Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the tomatoes are soft and juicy, add the onions, green beans, and garlic. Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes, until the vegetables have softened.
